By accessing or using ToDone at todone.fyi (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and todone.fyi regarding your use of the Service. todone.fyi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
ToDone is a task management application that allows users to create, organize, and track tasks. The Service optionally integrates with Google Calendar to display and sync events.
todone.fyi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. todone.fyi shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. todone.fyi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You agree not to use the Service to:
todone.fyi reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.
Paid features of the Service are billed on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize todone.fyi to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
todone.fyi may change subscription pricing at any time with thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
If payment fails, todone.fyi may suspend or restrict access to paid features. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges. todone.fyi is not liable for any consequences arising from the suspension of your account due to failed payment.
You retain ownership of any content (tasks, notes, categories) you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant todone.fyi a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your content. todone.fyi makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of your content and assumes no liability for it.
The optional Google Calendar integration is provided as a convenience feature. By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize the Service to read and write calendar data on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant through Google's OAuth consent flow.
You may disconnect this integration at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. todone.fyi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.
todone.fyi does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service, including any reliance on information or data stored within it.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from todone.fyi or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any loss of data, missed deadlines, business losses, or reliance on the Service for critical workflows.
todone.fyi is a productivity tool and is not designed or intended for use in situations where failure could lead to significant harm. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data you consider important.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TODONE.FYI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TODONE.FYI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall todone.fyi's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ten US dollars ($10.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless todone.fyi and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE OR CONSOLIDATED PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
todone.fyi may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without refund. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may request an export of your data within thirty (30) days of termination by contacting hello@todone.fyi. After this period, todone.fyi may permanently delete all data associated with your account.
Sections 9 through 13 (Disclaimer of Warranties, Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution) survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
